I am where I am

I am where I am and where I am is ok

When you can move into acceptance with where you are, which is what this little mantra “I am where I am and where I am is ok” does, it means you are stopping the resisting of where you are. You resist where you are because it’s not where you want to be.

When you stop resisting, you allow yourself the space to shift into the energies for receiving.

You cannot be resisting and being in the receiving mode.

They are vibrationally incompatible!

Stop resisting and take a moment to appreciate something around you. Stop and see the beauty of the sunflowers. Appreciate the joy of a child’s laughter. Pick something to appreciate for a few moments. And say it again

I am where I am, and where I am is ok”.

This little mantra has helped me overcome some extremely resistant states. When I’m all worried about money and feeling stressed, this only creates more experiences in this frequency, which I do not want.

When I can move to acceptance, and then maybe hit the step of frustration, that here I am YET AGAIN! I quickly find myself vibrating in the frequency of hopefulness.

Often then it’s easy to reach for the vibration of positive expectation. I expect the future to be better than my current manifestations. I know that I am a vibrational being in a vibrational universe and whatever I give my attention to, I will manifest on that frequency in my life.

Our emotions tell us what frequency we are vibrating in, and as like is attracted to like, what frequency we vibrate in, is the level of experiences that are attracted to us.

It’s like a radio. Everyone is broadcasting and we all have a tuner, you can choose what frequency you want to tune into. Do you default tune into “life is sucky and nothing works out for me”? Or do you tune into the loving frequency of joy and love that is always broadcasting from source?

I am where I am, and where I am is okayThis is empowering knowledge. At first it suuuucked! I wasn’t good at it. At all! I was the person who was always looking for the flaws in the plan. The places things would go wrong.

I didn’t know about the Law of Attraction consciously as I was growing up. I only ever used it unconsciously.

I haven’t shifted it completely. I still fairly often jump to the most awful outcome of my thoughts. I don’t like this about myself, as it is completely unhelpful. But using the little mantra “I am where I am and where I am is ok.” has helped me to soften this.

I know that one day, and one day fairly soon, I will have changed this behaviour in myself, and I will look for the best outcome, instead of the worst, more often than not. I’m excited for this to come.
